In this section we discuss the general terms and conditions practiced by Futuro. By submitting any contact/request form you agree that you have read, understand and accepted our general terms and conditions as described below.



  • Futuro is not officially connected, nor affiliated, endorsed or associated with the brands displayed on our platforms. Futuro is an online personal shopping service making exclusive sneakers, streetwear and luxury lifestyle items accessible on request. We do this by using our network of legitimate sources/retailers within the fashion industry.
  • We try to keep our platforms up-to-date but due to different factors products may be (temporary) unavailable. Therefore products displayed on our platforms may or may not be available at the time of contact/request. You can ask us to notify you when the item is available again. 
  • Futuro is not responsible for the color deviation between product displayed on screen, and in hand color. Due to the use of specific materials in some items the color can not always be pictured perfect. We suggest to ask about any additional pictures of your requested item before purchase.
  • Measurements provided on the website are taken with care. But please keep in mind that these can differ by +/- 1 cm.

  • Prices for items shown on the website are leading. Prices are subject to change at any moment. 



Futuro offers worldwide shipping with PostNL postal service. All our items will be shipped registered and insured. After your item is shipped we will provide you with your personal tracking information. All orders above €300 will be shipped worldwide for free.

Your order will arrive in:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days (€7)
  • European Union: 3-5 working days (€15)
  • Outside European Union: 7-14 working days (€25)

    Items that comes with a product box will be shipped double boxed. Other items will be carefully packed to minimize damages during the transport process.

    We are not responsible for any added import fees or custom duties handled by your country. We will not refund, nor take the order/shipment back if you decline to pay the import fees or custom duties.

    Futuro keeps track of their shipments and makes sure items arrives at the right client. If you have any questions about the tracking information feel free to contact us and we will provide you with any additional information.


    After your request has been reviewed and confirmed, Futuro source offers the next payment options: 
    • Paypal
    • Credit card
    • Bank transfer

    When a payment has been done/completed, the process to fulfill your request will be started. Futuro reserves the right to decline any order/request cancellation if the shipping process has already been started. Therefore we advise you to contact us as soon as possible regarding any cancellation of  a request/order. Otherwise the payment refund can only be allowed when it complies with our return/refund policy.

    Futuro has also the right to refuse any payment if we suspect the funds are taking part in activities that are in violation of the law.



    All sales provided by the personal shopping service of Futuro are final. Because we source specific items on request for clients we do not take returns in general. We advise you to ask all your questions before finalizing your order.

    Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • Item does not fit product description.
    • Item is damaged at arrival due to transportation.
    • If we send you another item as requested in the contact/request form.

    If any of the cases above is applicable please follow the next instructions to complete your return and receive a refund:

    • Return/refund request must submitted within 14 days of receiving the item, with reason of return and additional pictures. You can do this by sending an e-mail to:
    • If the return/refund request has been accepted, the item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
    • Items must be returned in original packaging with additional product belongings.
    • Returns will only be accepted if they are returned with registered and tracked shipping. We will not make a refund until the item has returned to our warehouse and Futuro is not responsible for the loss of returned items during this process.
    • Futuro does not cover the shipping fees for returning items.
    • When item has arrived at our warehouse, please allow us 1-5 working days to process the return and make a complete refund (item price + original shipping fees, if applicable).
    • Refund will be made to the same account that has made the payment for the request/order.
