Yes, in some cases there are more sizes/colors available. If there is anything you can not find, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be ready to help you out finding your beloved fashion find.

Please keep in mind that some items are one-time deals, only available for a short time with limited availability. So do not hesitate to contact us before it's too late.

3. By confirmation of availability we will sent a payment link. After payment is complete we will proceed to fulfill your request. 
4. Please allow us up to 3 days to prepare and complete shipment. Tracking information will be updated within these 3 days.

Futuro ships all their items from the Netherlands. Items will be shipped out within 1-3 working days after payment is complete.

Futuro offers worldwide shipping with PostNL (International) postal service.

• All our items will be shipped registered and insured.
• Tracking information available same day as shipment.
• All orders above €300 will be shipped worldwide for free.

Your order will arrive in:
Netherlands: 1-2 working days (€7)
European Union: 3-5 working days (€15)
Outside European Union: 7-14 working days (€25)

Notes

• Indicated shipping time is an estimation and Futuro is not responsible for any delays during shipment. 
• Items that comes with a product box will be shipped double boxed. Other items will be carefully packed to minimize damages during the transport process.
• We are not responsible for any added import fees or custom duties handled by your country. We will not refund, nor take the order/shipment back if you decline to pay the import fees or custom duties.
• Futuro keeps track of their shipments and makes sure items arrive at the right client. If you have any questions about the tracking information feel free to contact us and we will provide you with any additional information.

As we source specific items on request, all sales provided by the personal shopping service of Futuro are final. Meaning no returns/refunds in general. Therefore we suggest to ask about any information you want to know before finalizing your order.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Item does not fit product description.
• Item is damaged at arrival due to transportation.
• If we send you another item as requested.
